In July 2023, the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) launched a high-demand residential plot scheme, offering 361 plots in sectors near the upcoming Noida International Airport in Jewar. This scheme saw massive interest, attracting over 200,000 applications—a remarkable 518 applications per plot. Plot sizes ranged from 120 square meters up to 4,000 square meters, and prices were set at around ₹29,500 per square meter, with the draw for plot allocation held in October 2023.

Due to the intense response and rising demand for property near the Noida Airport, YEIDA is now planning a new scheme for over 800 plots. This development will further expand residential and commercial opportunities in the area, strategically located near infrastructure projects like the Yamuna Expressway, Eastern Peripheral Expressway, and the proposed Film City.
