Vastu Tips For Buying Flat
1. Direction & Orientation

Best-facing flats: North, East, or North-East

Avoid: South-West facing flats (can affect stability & finances)

The main entrance should ideally be in the North, East, or North-East zone
2. Main Entrance (Very Important)

Door should open clockwise and inwards

Entrance must be well-lit and clutter-free

Avoid flats where:

Main door faces a lift, staircase, or another door directly

There’s a toilet or kitchen right next to the entrance
3. Kitchen Placement

Ideal: South-East (Agni corner)

Second option: North-West
